For Mount Desert Nursing Association patients assigned to his/her care, and in accordance with standards of practice, the Registered Community Health Nurse (RN) is responsible for agency patient initial and on-going assessments. They work with the patient in the development and implementation of the plan of care and evaluates its effectiveness. The CHN reports to Clinical Manager and supervises the Home Health Aides and LPNs as assigned to their clinical patients.

This is a full time 40 hour a week salaried position with benefits, based in Northeast Harbor, Maine, and involving travel around Mount Desert Island, Trenton, and Lamoine.
